My First Blog Income Report: Starting Small, Staying Faithful
Focus Keyword: blog income report
This is my very first blog income report, and to be honest, the numbers are tiny — almost invisible.
But I wanted to start this journey with honesty and faith, because every story has a beginning,
and this is mine.
I’m building this blog from zero: zero audience, zero authority, and (almost) zero traffic.
Still, this month was important because I built the foundation, learned the tools,
and committed myself to writing consistently.
In many ways, this month wasn’t about traffic; it was about obedience and starting with faith.
1. Overview – The Month I Started
This month was all about setting up the site, creating the categories, experimenting with layouts,
and posting my first articles.
It felt overwhelming at times, especially learning WordPress, SEO, and design.
But I kept reminding myself: every big blog once started at zero.
My goal this month wasn’t growth—it was momentum.
Just starting was the victory.
2. Traffic & Income Summary
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Visitors | 32 |
| Pageviews | 58 |
| AdSense Income | $0.00 |
| Affiliate Income | $0 |
| New Posts | 5 |
*These numbers reflect a brand-new blog just beginning its journey.
3. What Went Well
✔ 1) I Finally Started
For months, I wanted to start blogging but kept delaying because I felt unprepared.
This month, I finally took the first step—and that alone is a huge win.
✔ 2) Clear Category Structure
I organized the blog into themes like Smart Living, Tools & Resources, and Blogging Income Journey.
Now I have a clear direction for future posts.
✔ 3) Small But Real Traffic
Most visitors were probably myself while checking posts,
but a few came from Google and social links.
Even seeing one stranger visit the blog felt encouraging.
4. What Didn’t Go Well
❌ 1) Inconsistent Posting
Setting up the theme, design, and plugins took more time than expected.
I didn’t publish as many posts as I wanted.
❌ 2) No SEO Strategy Yet
I wrote several posts but didn’t fully optimize them.
Keyword research is something I still need to learn and apply.
❌ 3) Feeling Discouraged by Low Numbers
Even though I know every blog starts slow,
watching “0 pageviews today” still feels discouraging.
But I’m learning to keep going.
5. Lessons Learned (Faith Perspective)
This month, I learned that God doesn’t measure my blog the way I measure it.
I look at traffic, numbers, and results.
But He looks at my heart, obedience, patience, and the way I steward this work.
Starting small isn’t failure—it’s training.
I’m learning discipline, humility, and persistence.
Just like planting seeds, results take time.
Faith is believing something is growing even when I can’t see it yet.
And maybe the most comforting truth is this:
God can multiply anything I place faithfully in His hands.
6. Goals for Next Month
- Publish 8–10 posts
- Choose one main keyword per post
- Improve internal linking between categories
- Set up Google Search Console more deeply
- Pray before writing and keep the right heart
Faith Commitment: “I will stay faithful with small beginnings and trust God with the growth.”
Today’s Reflection
“Every big journey starts with one small step.”
This month, I took that step.
And for now, that is more than enough.
